Our telephone is on line during the same hours. Our
receptionists also answer the phone but if they are busy
with a visitor in reception and unable to take the phone
call you are then passed onto a message giving information
and advising you as to various options available. Should
you be unfortunate and phone when the first caller is
listening to the message it sounds like the phone is
ringing and ringing. We are not aware of your call at this
time. When the first caller replaces their handset your
call will come onto our telephone system or onto the
message. Please bear with us. We do answer 100 calls per
day and we realise there may be delays beyond our
control. We are open Tuesday to
Friday 11.00am - 4.00pm and Saturdays and Sundays 11.00am -
3.30pm.
